Who We Are
The Mary Ward Centre for Education, Spirituality and Justice is a Ministry of the Loretto Sisters (IBVM Canada). We seek to promote peace, justice and the integrity of creation. The aim of the Centre is to empower agents of change to create a more just and sustainable world. We provide experiences, celebrations, workshops and events that nourish individuals and groups to move forward to action. By examining and understanding more deeply many of the injustices of our world, we hope to influence others to create the world in which God intended. We work collaboratively with other religious organizations, educational institutions and faith based justice groups to improve the lives of all of God’s creation.
