Meeting with international networks working on human trafficking.

Christian Organizations Against Trafficking in Human Beings (COATNET) and CATHII from Quebec, which is the “Comité d’action contre la traite humaine interne et internation” reached us to talk about the work we are doing from the Mary Ward Centre in Canada on the prevention of Human Trafficking.

With CATHII, we talk about the possibility of preparing a big celebration for St. Josephine Bakhita Day, praying for all the victims of human trafficking but also raising awareness about the risks in Canada. With COATNET, we talk about the possibility of being part of the network linking the office in New York, representing the work we do worldwide as IBVM organizations supporting victims, raising awareness, and preventing and advocating against human trafficking.
