Easter message from the Mary Ward Centre
What Easter means to me? I believe that you cannot separate the Resurrection from the Passion and the Crucifixion.
They all belong in one package. And to me, Jesus’s Passion, Crucifixion, and Resurrection reveal the core principle at the heart of all reality: that there’s life after death. First, things are destroyed, and then new life is brought into being.

Supporting Migrant Workers in the Niagara Region
On March 29, 2026, the Mary Ward Centre visited farms in the Niagara region, connecting with Latin American temporary migrant workers on vegetable and flower farms.
It was a day grounded in listening. We heard stories, experiences, and, importantly, questions. Many workers shared ongoing uncertainties about their rights—both in their home countries and here in Canada—even after years of participation in the program.
